These relaxed pull-on shorts include an elastic paper-bag waist, belt loops and front pockets. They offer options for both back welt pockets and back patch pockets. The shorts can be sewn with any of three different inseam lengths (3", 5" or 7").
 
The pattern works best with woven fabrics like crisp cotton poplin, twill, canvas or linen. It can also be sewn with heavier woven fabrics for winter, like wool suiting or wool flannel.
