DELIVERY & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch all orders, placed before 5pm Monday to Saturday, the next working day.
Deliveries are completed Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays) via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48. We hold no responsibility for delivery delays once orders are with Royal Mail or for items that may be damaged or lost during transit. All orders delivered using Royal Mail services can be tracked online and are covered should any issues arise.

We are unable to accept returns for cut fabric orders, however samples are available to purchase for each fabric that we stock with a FREE delivery option at checkout.
Returns or exchanges are accepted for all haberdashery products and sewing patterns within 14 days of delivery. We require customers to notify us of their request to return/exchange an item via email for us to issue the relevant return details. Sewing workshop bookings are fully refundable up to 5 working days prior to the chosen date.
All products must be returned in an unused, sealed and original condition for exchanges or refunds to be issued. Customers are responsible for return postage, we highly recommend tracked options via Royal Mail or a reputable courier. We are unable to issue refunds or exchange products without receipt of the original items.
