The Schmetz Topstitch Needle has an elongated eye (2mm) and slightly rounded point.
The special elongated eye means there is less stress on the thread and means that even 2 or 3 threads can glide effortlessly through the eye and are handled gently without tearing.
Thanks to the slightly rounded point, the Topstitch Needle can easily be used with a wide range of fabrics.
The needle achieves perfectly straight and even stitches when using a straight stitch needle plate.
Can also be used for embroidery with embroidery machines.
