This month I made the Closet Core Rika Pants in our 10z red poppy Denim fabric from Merchant and Mills. A wide leg worker style jean with all the pockets - love these jeans!
The instructions were brilliant as always with Closet Core Patterns. I did some additional topstitching on the back pockets, inseam, side seam and waistband. I did a sew-along on our YouTube channel in two parts which I will link below. Unfortunately the sound on the introduction isn't very good as I forgot my microphone piece :-(
The poppy red Denim fabric from Merchant and Mills is lovely and soft to sew with, and so very comfortable to wear. I love these jeans and will get lots of wear out of them as I have already!!

So for July's monthly make I will be sewing the Named Patterns Isla Trench Coat. This is a complex involved make as a fully lined coat, so I will record only the complex elements of the construction on our YouTube sew-along, otherwise it would be too lengthy to upload and edit!!!!
